The Electrification Skills Training Programme is an initiative developed through a strategic partnership between academic providers: Coventry University and NWSLC; and leading industry partners, including Advanced Electric Machines, Drive System Design, FEV UK, FLUXSYS, GE Vernova UK, and ZF Automotive UK. 

This introductory interactive course aims to provide learners with the foundational knowledge required to develop a deeper understanding of modern electric motors and their control. 

This course is tailored for engineers with traditional pre-electrification industry experience, technicians, students in engineering and technician programmes at levels 2 or 3 or non-technical roles. 

This course offers an excellent base for progression to Intermediate and Advanced level courses. 

The course will also run on 13th May 2025 and 16th November 2025.
